| thank you everybody! I feel the support already! My weakness is not getting enough veggies in the diet. I will mostly lean towards lunch meats, eggs, cheese and those sort of things. I will try my best to eat those greens. Also, im drinking the shakes, strawbery ones are my favorite |

| Hey bud, Breakfast Bars and Shakes.....not good!! Frankenfoods!! They are only to be used as a last resort. There are lots of things in the breakfast bars, or Atkins bars that are not induction friendly. Also, the 3 cups of veggies, non negotiable. Remember these links, they are the blueprint for what you are trying to accomplish! Variation = no success Follow The Plan = Success. Remember, you can have excuses or results, not both!!
