Welcome Brit. Good to have you with us. You've done Atkins before and know how effective it is... and it will be again, for you. Just keep focused on your goal and you'll be there before you know it! Take a tour around the board and see all that's going on... start a journal, or an exercise challenge, or try a new low carb recipe... there's plenty of fun and motivating stuff around.
