newbie from Michigan

Hi all ... I am a newbie on this bulletin board, tho not to Atkins ... I went off this past fall (stress tends to do that to me) but plan to get back on Jan 1st. I'm actually thinking about starting before Saturday, tho perhaps not. anyways ... wish me luck! I've been eating everything I shouldn't for the past couple months, and I know from experience how much going off plan can mess with your system! I have about 100 lbs I wish to lose.

I can't find the links to the old Atkins boards I used to haunt (my computer died and we just got a new one after 4 months) ... but this looks like a great place to start my re-re-re-induction.


oh and to Cleochatra (great name LOL) ... I actually can't stand U of M -- I always root for the other team (ducking)... and I WENT to U of M! LOL just have never been a fan. oh well.
