| Nice to meet ya! I exercise on my gazelle edge everyday. By the weekend I should have have a stationary cycle too to alternate with so I dont get bored. |

| Welcome Cheers2you! Yeah, 1 week down and you are doing great! Sounds like you are seriously committing to your new way of life (WOL). Theres so much support here, so many warm friendly people who are anxious to see you succeed. Get active in the forums, join the challenges, create a journal, get excited over the recipes and enjoy the journey. And...above all, make friends. You aren't alone.
