If you haven't read the book, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, edition 2002...I'd recommend it wholeheartedly. It is a great read and explains the program in Dr. Atkins' own words. | Hey giraffe!! I too want to look better in my 30's than I ever did in my twenties. I have taken it upon myself to no longer be the "chubby/sturdy/puffy/pilsbury boy" that I am today within my group of friends. I hope to be in better shape this summer than i've been in my life. My wife and I are going to be starting a family soon, and I want to make sure I have enough energy to be able to chase those little ones aorund!! My nephews tought me that I am WAY out of shape now!! | Hi Giraffe! You've learned a lesson. Starting Atkins, seeing results means you need to stick with it, for life. This way of eating is so plush, there's no reason to eat yucky carbs!
