| I just noticed you were in Ohio too..what part? I'm in Heath, about 45 minutes east of Columbus. I'm doing really good today...I find that eating a lot of protein keeps me less hungry for a lot longer period...I wish you lots of luck tomorrow when you start! |

| Hello, It has been a week for me. I am restarting after a long break. I lost 8 lbs. in the first week. amazing! You can do it! The best thing is I feel great, not tired and not hungry. The first few days are difficult but about day 3 and 4 I started to feel better. Hang in there, it is worth it. |

| Heya not2sweet - just make sure your ratios don't get too carried away with the protein. Eating more fat should also make you feel fuller for longer. Lookit all you guys making this commitment.. It's awesome.
