Make sure you get hold of the 2002 edition, which is the one this board goes by and is the last one Dr A wrote in its entirety. Looking forward to reading posts on your progress. Happy low carbing!

I've lost 76, lost 10inches off my waist, 3X shirts to XLarge and I'm not even done yet!! Most excellent that you're picking up a copy of the book and wanting to do things the right way.
