| Welcome and Congrats on the 10 pound loss. Make sure you take your measurements as it is even more exciting to see the inches dropping off as well as the weight. | Congratulations on the 10lbs! That's fantastic! I'm in jersey.. but a lot south of you... There's a 5k at Sandy Beach to raise money to save a lighthouse... It was too far away for me to join, but it would be fun.... Oh, and there's something in Matawan too... I agree completely with what they said about the exercise challenges, they're fantastic. And starting a Journal really makes me more accountable for things.

| Congrats on the weight loss! Do you have any exercise equipment, or a gym near by? If not walking is a very effective exercise. Keep drinking a lot of water and keep an eye on how your clothes fit.
