Re the veggies... don't get me wrong... I'm not saying they're not important. You certainly need those vits and mins... just that, if you eat the three cups from the legal lists and keep your carbs under 20g total in induction, the ratios will take care of themselves.
If you have questions relating to induction, then you can post them in the Atkins Diet 14 day Induction forum

Then when you move to OWL, you can post questions in the OWL forum, and so on through the phases.
Take a look at the Forum page and you'll see there are loads of different forums for many subjects. Each forum has its own mods... they'll be more than happy to help you, as will other members.
