| Hey Missy! Welcome to the board. I'm a coffee addict as well, although it has never caused me trouble in losing weight. As far as the grab and go is concerned, make sure you have enough grabbing stuff on hand to use so you won't be tempted by a drive thru! Make come chicken salad to have in the fridge, have cheese, salami, celery sticks, cream cheese etc at your fingertips! How much weight are you hoping to lose?

| Hiya Missy! Warm welcome to the board. Glad you joined us here at ADBB. Don't let your colleagues shift you from your course... they may well have to re-think when they see your success and note the healthy foods you eat. | Missy, welcome to the board! Yes indeed, you will find lots of support and help here. I once shared your caffeine addiction. It took me six months for the withdrawal symptoms to cease, once I quit drinking sugar water, coffee, etc. You can do it if you have a goal, using the tools people talk about on this board to make it happen. I suggest spending a few days reading every thread here, and reading the Atkins book, of course. There are so many people here who have already kicked carbs permanently. Just being around that influence will boost you. It does me!
