My name is Scooter, and I'm here to tell you that this way of life most definately works! Trust me, I'm living proof, I came here in need of losing 100 pounds, and so far I've lost 76, and discovered that life is good!! | You made it here! Great job! You will see how much support and guidance you will receive! Additionally, you can post what you eat (by starting a new thread again) in the Review My Menu forum. People will chime in to let you know if you should be eating more, or less of something. Also, you can start a Journal Chat thread for yourself when you're comfortable. That's a great forum for lots of daily chat, fun and support! Finally, there is a women's forum for women only issues. So now, what's your plan? How much would you like to lose, what kind of exercise will you try?

| WELCOME LB!!! well there's nowhere left to tell you where to go!!! lol xcooter and the others have done a great job telling you about what forums to visit and get aquainted with. ack..... carrying any extra weight feel horrid, we all know that. the good news is you CAN do something about it and finding the ADBB was only the first step in journey! hey, i'm all for that light on my feet business!
