| Welcome to the board.. I too have issues with the blood sugar...even though it hasn't been medically told to me.. But when eating the Atkins way I stay even..and I like that.. And weightloss to boot is a plus |

| Hi there Tamara. Welcome! Congrats on the start of your weight loss. You seem to have a great attitude which is half the battle. If you stay focused on the prize you'll see goal and certainly improve your blood sugar issues. Feel free to ask any questions you might have.
