| congratulations on kicking the habit Jules - you must be so proud! it sometimes shocks me to hear people saying that they want to give up smoking but don't want to put on any weight, so they don't - as though the stigma of putting a couple of pounds on is worse than the stigma of being a smoker! sad, really!! anyway, I am also on day 3 now (and also a 'Hampshirean'...!) so if you want anyone to share with, I'm here!
