| WOW!!! Fantastic and congratulations on your weight loss and controlling your diabetes through this WOL. I see you were given the link for the food site which will help lots. Also under "Food and Recipes" category there is a place to ask for recipes if you need something specific. If you haven't discovered it yet, if you look under the health heading, there is a forum for diabetics to share and ask questions of each other. Again, congratulations and keep up the good work.

| Hey Darius! Welcome to the board. YAY about the diabetes! Have you seen the diabetic forum yet? You may want to stop by there as well. Who told you this way of eating (WOE) isn't for people with diabetes? It's the perfect choice for keeping the sugars in check! it's working for you and I'm really glad about that!
