| Go into your user profile and you can edit your signature there. Thats where most people put their stats.

| Welcome Hopejoy! Glad you found us here at ADBB and are happy to be talking to real people! Yes... we're all real and all have the same objectives: Better health and a trim figure. I'm sure you'll find you make good progress towards those goals too. Congrats on your losses so far and congrats to your father for suggesting you read the Atkins book. Sounds like he's done this before. I'm willing to bet your blood sugar figures will improve dramatically in a short while and that if you stick with this way of eating, your feet will be safe!
