| Reading and participating on this board is a huge motivation to me. There are so many here who are successful and knowledgable about this WOL. Induction is not an easy thing, but you will feel sooooo much better after the first week. Your appetite will decrease and your energy will increase! My advice is to keep a food journal or use fitday.com to track your food choices. This has really helped me stay on track. Welcome to the board! You might want to check out the forum for second timers!

| Remember to keep a food journal, if it helps you. It has me, even on induction. Have you used Fitday before? If not: http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/Index.html ...it's free. It helps you keep track of the carbs, calories, etc. It's very helpful. Remember to drink your water, come in here for support often, and you know the rest! Best of luck. Let us know how you're doing. If you have questions, just ask. There are some very informative people on these boards, with a lot of experience losing with Atkins that can answer just about any question you have. |
