We have a special forum for those conducting the scientific experiment of discovering their CCLL and finding what foods if any affect them adversely which I am sure you will find helpful.

| Welcome aboard Gogo! Sounds like we'll be welcoming you to maintenance pretty soon, which is awesome. In the meantime, do make the move to OWL... its great... you still lose and the extra food choices are very welcome. Takes a little time to find your trigger foods and your critical carb level for losing... both fundamental to successful maintaining. Happy further Atkineering!
