Warm welcome to you Charlotte! Glad you decided to re-commit to Atkins and to post here at ADBB... you'll find it an awesome place to come when you want encouragement and motivation. Why not check out the Second Time Around Club (STAC)... everyone there has fallen off the wagon and then climbed back on again... many to go on to reach goal. Lots of support to be had there. Post lots and keep us updated! We're rooting for ya!
