| Welcome lilsoup12! Glad you've introduced yourself and come to join us. You have the right attitude..its a change in your negative habits and incorporating new healthy actions into your life. Have you read the book, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, edition 2002? Its filled with case studies, program information and recipes from Dr. Atkins. I recommend you read it so you understand how Atkins works and learn how to lose the weight and keep it off. We're all here for you, its much easier to have support and encouragement from others who are making it happen in their lives. I look forward to hearing all about your success.
