Hey everyone my name is Emma

I started atkins back in april 2004 .At the time i had just move states and lost 10 kgs. I stayed around this weight to about early 2006. I moved back to my home state and old habits came back. My downfalls are my soy coffee i have everyday at starbucks and i love a good drink on the weekends.

I started Induction again on Monday and have being doing pretty well. ( i want my coffee and milk so bad) I'm 49 kilos got up to 54 kilos and want to get back to 45 /43 kilos .I"m only 5'1 and have a very small fame. So it might not sound like much but it really shows on my fame.

I really want to do it right this time and move to each stage and do it properly this time.

I love this board and looking foward to getting to know you all.
