You can still enjoy food a great deal with this WOE, more than any other 'diet' I'd say. I'd recommend the FAQ section - especially 40 tips for newbies and exercise challenges are also great fun. My advice would be to try to do as clean an induction as you can. It really pays dividends in the long run. Based on your (clean) induction losses you'll be able to get an idea of your Critical Carb Level for Losing (CCLL) and of your metabolic resistence to weight loss, once you hit the Ongoing Weight Loss phase. Both important things to find out, if longterm success is your goal. Ask any questions you might have. We're here to back you to the hilt!
