Absolutely! Induction was a little tough, but once you determine this is a lifestyle and not a quick fix, it becomes easy and almost second nature. I've been doing it for 3 years!

I'll definitely keep everyone posted. I love this forum! So much info on here  I plan on doing the before and after pics as those are what inspires me the most. Hopefully I'll have some great ones to post soon
