| Welcome aboard! Glad you found us here at ADBB! Congrats on your loss so far! I agree with Baarb...afternoon weighing is always disappointing compared to the morning weigh-in. Better to leave the scale alone for several days. Also, I'd strongly advise you to take measurements. A huge amount of people lose inches soooner than pounds, and it's the inches that are the true guage of weight loss, not the lbs! These can vary for many many reasons: age, gender, time of month, sodium intake, exercise, stress.... Post lots and ask any questions you might have. We're behind you all the way!
