Hi Guys, I'm back . Here it is summer and I didn't lose my 30 lbs !!! We just booked a cruise for April 2008 so I'm hoping to lose 30 lbs by then and firm up.Just had my cortisol levels checked and it was so high it was off the chart ! I have to go have my thyroid checked next week. I'm 48 years old usually a 6 and now a tight 10. I'm 5 ft 4. I'm really depressed about it. I also have a candida over growth which even in the Atkins book says can cause a slowing in weight loss. I really need help and some motivation. Karen

Welcome back Karen! Glad you decided to re-commit.
Becky's right, you should join the I Am Worth It challenge if you're feeling low. It promises to be a cool experience for those who've signed up.
You know... problems such as candida and thyroid can be sorted out. Sometimes it starting that seems so daunting... but once you take that first step towards solving those problems, you'll feel better. Day by day, baby steps... and things mount up and the problems get solved.

Post lots and let us know how you're getting along. We're behind you 200%!
