| Welcome to the board, 1359Jules, I have found making sausage and eating that with cheese is something different than eggs all of the time. Sometimes hamburger patties, or even egg sald ( I know its eggs) rolled in lettuce is good too. Floating around here is a recipe for a "mock" danish that everyone around here is raving about! I know you can find that on the recipe forum. Good luck, great job keeping the 40 lbs off!

| Thanks Geneva. It's so hard because I leave for work very early and I am starving by the time I get to work. I'll keep you posted. I'm determined this time! |

| Hey 1359! Welcome back to Atkins and to the board. There's tons of breakfast ideas in the recipe forum, and there's lots to do with eggs so they're not just eggs! Have you tried the Mock Danish ever? I eat that all the time. Also, I eat leftovers in the mornings and sometimes hamburger patties. Good luck!

| Welcome! I'm with Silly on this one. If I had to eat stereotypical breakfast food for breakfast, I would really struggle. This morning I had leftover porkroast and raw cauliflower with ranch dressing. YUM. Strangely enough, I prefer the usual breakfast foods for supper. Eat what you love on Atkins, so long as it is legal. Make it work for you and you can't go wrong. |

| And I'm with Paula! If out for dinner and can't find anything, have a breakfast instead!

| take 2 tlsp cream cheese in small bowl and nuke for 10 seconds to soften. Add 2 eggs, 1 Splenda and a little cinnamon. Mix it up, break up the yolks but leave chunky, not well blended. Nuke for another 2 minutes. It's pretty good, I think! Try it!
