| Hi there akys! I'm Elsy. First of all welcome to ADBB. If you are determined to make this work for you read the book first then stick to this place. In my opinion, those are the 2 main ingredients. I don't know if anyone has told you about FitDay yet, but if they haven't this is a great free tool that can help you keep count of everything you eat. Yes, including the meat(protein). If you're in induction, make sure you don't eat more then 30 % protein as your daily allowance. Best wishes to you.
