Default Hi need some encouragement...

Hi... I'm not "new" to Atkins but... I'm coming back to what has worked before for me.

Just wanted to say... any encouragement would be appreciated as I start my journey tomorrow. I'm ready and time to get IT DONE ! ONCE AND FOR ALL !

Welcome! This WOE has helped me so much. I am feeling so much more energetic and healthy these days.... You will too! There are so many good recipes and ideas in this site that will make the process fun and interesting. Signing up for the exersize challenges helped me to get motivated sooo much! You can do this!

Once you starting losing lbs it will motivate you to keep up on diet and exercise. You will not want to gain what you have worked so hard to lose. So welcome and good luck on your journey!

Hey Healthy, welcome. This week will be tough, because you will detox from sugars, you might feel like you have the flu, you might feel like you got the headache you can't shake, you might feel exhausted, but if you stay on a clean induction, in a few days, by thurs you will feel much better...Eat wonderful foods this week. I bought steak and shrimp for my first week back, while reading the Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution..I dipped the shrimp in butter or mayo, I ate green olives, I just had a great time, and as my appetite diminished, I ate less, and starting drinking more and more water...biking 15 mins a day, and working my way into some habits....
Now, it's been 11 months, wow! I am a very different person, but I still just take it one day at a time! Just like you will starting tomorrow.
