Hello!!
I have a confession .... someone please give me a slap about my head!
I went out on saturday night and completely fell off the wagon
Had lots of baileys, vodka, chips, lamb doner and ice cream. Not that it's much consolation but I had a great time and pulled a rather fine specimen of the male species!! LOL!!

Feeling very ashamed of myself for letting myself down food wise - I was doing really well up until then. I've given myself a very stern telling off and got straight back on the plan yesterday morning starting with a 40 minute run to burn some of those carbs and alcohol.
I'm thinking that I need a really clean 14 days induction so treating Friday and Saturday as a little warm up and counting Sunday as day 1

. Is that a good plan?
How's everyone else getting on .....
