Thanks scooterjam, I appreciate the help. Like I said before I did Atkins a few years ago and lost about 30lbs but there sure was a lot I forgot, Thanks soo much to everyone.

Well I just go home from taking my older boys to the movies and didn't even want the popcorn, which is my favorite thing on earth!!!!!! Today is day 6 and haven't even been tempted to cheat. I have lost about 5lbs so far. I am on this site whenever I can and it has certainly been awesome. Thanks so much for checkin on me, thats so cool. UGH, I get that a lot how do you handle 2 babies when one is soo hard. Answer.....I have to. lol. They are pretty good but trying to give up their naps and I say NONONONO. Today they won, (sigh). I need this for the energy to keep thats for sure.

I too have TWINS, mine are almost 4 and I have a 5 y/o and a 6 1/2 y/o. I know you have your hands full, but you should be able to keep your energy up with this way of life (WOL). Good luck, keep us posted!!!!

Hi and welcome to the board - as you are discovering it is a verysupportive place and with so much useful information for your Atkins journey.

I too have twins, but mine are now 24 (and now they run round after me) so I have no excuses for carrying the baby weight . But I do remember those early days of exhaustion very well and I'm sure getting slimmer and fitter will help with your energy levels. It certainly sounds like you are well on your way and you sound really determined. So good luck to you and keep us posted as to how you are doing.
