What's up man! Family. Yeah, that'll do it sometimes.

Find what triggers the depression, perhaps it's a certain relative. Try to find ways around stressful situations.

Easier said than done of course, I know. Welcome to ADBB! We're glad to have you with us, you've come to the right place, for sure!!

Hey everyone! Thanks for all the great links and words of encouragement! This is pretty fantastic! i'm now reaching almost the middle of my third week of extended induction, and doing great! i feel great! i'm making progress in my jogging, which is too awesome! and clothes are definitely fitting me differently which is way awesome too!
Gaynor! love back at you! sooo cool that youre focusing on this new way of eating the way you are! we can change our lives!
