I'm Back..... Yet Again....

Hello Everyone,

I'm back on Atkins starting today. I did Atkins about 5 years ago and lost about 20 pounds bringing me down to a size 6/7 (depending on the clothing style) and now I'm back after marriage and 2 kids and I've blown up due to the pregnancies and other issues with life in general and I'm fed up with looking like a beached whale and I'm back to start my journey again! I look forward to chatting it up on the message boards with everyone. I know God is going to help me through, but a little motivation from peers helps too! God Bless!

Hi Christy!! Beache Whale! That's funny... you got me, girl.. that's the exact way I felt when I was layin' down with my 3yr old LOL... It seems you're a chrstian.. I am too!! I'm married to an evangelist and I 'm a singer myself... God bless!!

Yes, I'm Christian. Glad to see anothe christian, I'll put you as one of my buddies so we can keep in touch, but I've never had this many rolls in my life! I didn't even know rolls could be on your back! I do now, they kinda like go around my body like tires! I'm going to post some before pics as soon as I get a chance to take some. You are looking great though. Keep up the good work!!

thanx Christy!! I'm a roll-model too, trust me!! LOL but now I'm on my way to get rid of 'em.. I really looked like the Michelin character LOLOL I'm having fun now cuz I know there's a way out, but you know how sad can be to see yourself like that.. So let's do this girl!!! Welcome back! This is a great board... I'm a relative newbie here... but enjoying all the support and help cuz I need all I can get! lol! I notice the rolls when I'm driving... can't believe how fat my tummy has become! lol! but not for long... working on being a big loser... can't wait... but enjoying the process too. Took a long time to gain and won't expect to lose it over night... definately feeling healthier and more energetic...

Thanks everyone for all the support. I plan to stay on the boards all the time now because when I fell off the boards, I fell off with my dieting. I'll post some pictures probably today of how I look now. I hate being this fat, but just like before I'll do it again! God Bless! Have a great day and keep up the good work everyone!

That's what we try to tell people! I'm glad you understand that hanging around the board, at least once daily will help keep you accountable!
