| Hi Luv, I've seen you lurking in the last day or so, I'm so glad you posted! Don't be nervous! I know, easier said than done. You will see, when you follow this WOE (Way of eating) correctly, you won't believe how easy it is, how much you are able to eat and still lose weight! Go to the Exercise Challenges forum from the main page. There, you can join in the challenges. Lots have already started, but you can catch those next time, or jump in now and earn your badge next time! There's also a bunch that are on going, like the Pedometer Challenge. Best of luck to ya!
