| hi hinari! Welcome to the board. Sometimes emotional eating does get in the way. It's great that you recognize your eating was due to what was happening around you. If you've been on induction for 2 months, I would recommend you start bumping yourself up the food ladder (See the Ongoing Weightloss Forum). The point of eating this way is to learn how to eat healthy, which includes additional veggies as well as food from most other categories as well. Also, most people find when they do start bumping up the food ladder as Dr. Atkins wanted us to, it actually kick starts their weight loss again. Come around the board often, it's also a great way to keep yourself in check!

| Thanks to you all! Im very happy... and Sillygirl, well actually this week I started with it, three days at a week and add 5 ch grams of salad, I havent seen many changes but I thinks it's normal since what I need to loose is not that much as it was before. Thanks
