| I like your name... for a while when I first started this WOE I would tell myself and others out loud to remind me of the point... I'd say 'No thanks, I think I'll keep my feet, kidneys, and eyes... ' when confronted with carb food... It helped me stay focused on why I was doing this and the serious complications associated with not complying with this WOE. So when I saw you're name it reminded me of that and so thought I'd say HI! so Hi! that was the long version, sorry. This is such a great place for motivation, come join us in the exersize challenges... It's great! liz |

| Thank you, Hopejoy - I'll do that. I saw a stability ball challenge in there - that seems to be right about my speed for now. I saw some pushup ones too... I need something that requires no major equiptment, since I am lacking in that area. I, too, need frequent reminding about the hazards and slippery slope sugar paves for me. That's my main struggle, I think. The sugar. But I'm still here on day um... *thinking hard* ELEVEN! And happy to report another 3 lb. loss since my last weigh-in. I don't know if it's just me lately, or the diet, but I can't concentrate all that well these days. Anyhow - thank you again for stopping by everyone, and offering me your kind words. I'll be back soon for more updates!
