| I just decided to make a HUGE goal.... which is reachable. However, the 40 lbs is what I REALLY want to lose. When I make it that far I think it'll be just as easy to keep going! I hope I lose a lot during this induction phase. More than 2lbs I hope! I've tried a million different things and I always cave in. | Hi rocket! Welcome. Thanks for posting the pics of yourself right away, it's always nice to see a face with the name! You can start a thread for yourself over at before and afters and use that for posting ongoing pics of you in the weight loss process! go check it out. You can do it! Come by the board often so we can see your progress.
