Hi deb! Welcome to the board. WOW! 13 pounds is great. Have you moved yourself up to OWL? When we stay in induction many of us come to a weight loss stall. When we move up the food ladder appropriately, it sets off our weight loss again. Here's a few links for you regarding this:

The food ladder: http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ead.php?t=5516 (The OWL Carbohydrate Ladder)

Fat/Protein/Carb percentages to strive for; http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...ad.php?t=11313 (OWL fat/protein/carb percentages)

OWL (Ongoing weight loss) Forum :
http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...splay.php?f=38

What kind of low carb products are you looking for?

Hi, deb!

Depending on what products you're looking for, check out the different sections of your local grocery store. I find my goodies scattered all over the Kroger's I shop at: the "diet" section in the pharmacy; diabetic foods; health/organic aisle, etc. The most important thing is to read the ingredient list and nutritional info, no matter what the product is. A health food store is usually a good bet, too, for more of the specialty items if you have one in your area.

Congrats on your 13 lbs loss!!! Don't be discouraged if the scale doesn't move for a couple of days--it sounds like you're doing everything right. Have you tried taking your measurements? A lot of times you can register losses as inches even if the scale isn't budging, and that can really help keep you motivated to press on until the scale starts dropping again.

Hiya and warm welcome to you. Congrats on your great success so far!

Don't stress about the pause in weight loss. I'd ditto what the others say and add that this could be what we call PISS (post induction stall syndrome)... which is a common pause after the first weeks on Atkins. It seems your body needs to get the message that you're really serious about losing weight!!

Hang in there... you can do it!

Welcome and congratulations! 13 lbs is a lot Deb! It's normal to have ebbs and flows in the wt loss... just be patient as your body is going through a lot of adjustments... Stay on track and you will start losing again!
