 Good luck, this is only the start of my second day so I cannot offer any advice only support! I am still looking for answers to get through this myself.

hi Floatilla! That's the attitude! This is not a diet, this is a choice to eat this way, and it's for life if you want to remain healthy and keep your weight down! Since you're at it again, you know the drill! Please come around often, it's a sure way to keep yourself accountable!
