| Welcome RandomGirl! I so understand where you're coming from--I had gained a couple more pounds than my midwife thought acceptable between visits (I admit I was hitting the milkshakes pretty hard). So I gave up the shakes and followed her "healthy" diet (cereals, potatoes, fruits, watching calories and fat). My next visit, I had gained *twice* as much as before. So I figuied I'd ditch the cereal and return to something I *really* liked Glad you joined us!

| Thanks everybody I had a good day yesterday.. except I had some really bad cravings just before bed lol.. I don't know what for.. chocolate, toast, all sorts! BUT I never gave in to them and I just had a piece of cheese instead and now today I feel fine! |
