| Hi angel. Welcome to the board. You're doing great so far! You're right about bonding with foods. It's an addiction, which this WOE (way of eating) can help get you through. By the time you've reached your goal you will have retrained yourself to omit the sugar and bad carbs and eat healthful ones instead. This is a great decision for you, a young person, to make. Post often so we can watch your progress.

| Welcome Angel! Congrats on your losses so far. Sounds like you have the right mindset for success... you think positive! I just know we'll be applauding you at goal pretty soon.
