The last diet you will ever need to be on because getting healthy and eating healthy does not end and leave you to regain what you have achieved. Keep us informed and ask any questions you have.

Well not new to this diet..but to this site! I have had weight problems for the last 2 years (since ive had my Daughter). I 've done atkins before and Know that it works the best! But I havent been able to stay motivated...im like good for a couple days then i cheat! This time im gonna do it! Im sick of wishing i was thin again and Im actually gonna get there! Woohoo! Im pumped! But I am gonna need alot of support to make it. And I will give all the support I can give too!Ive tried a couple other diets but They just dont make me feel like atkins does. After one day of atkins I feel accomplished...and other diets it takes weeks to see a difference! Im know there isnt supposed to be such a thing as a quick fix...but atkins works quick and i wanna make this my life now instead of a yoyo diet sorta thingy. oh and I tried the (tree hugger diet) lol..all raw...yea didnt work for me so here I am! Anyways gonna go now. Cant wait to chat with you guys!
