oh guys....how tragic is THIS!?

I had had a really great day 2, or so I thought until I just looked up the dinner i had My total carbs for the entire day would have been 6.8g....except that I had a coleslaw which I just discovered had 34g of carb in it!
I could have had a brilliant day, but with that one food choice im guessing im back at day 1 tomorrow

Ahh well, tomorrow is a new day, and I can learn from this instead of letting it be an excuse to throw my hands in the air and claim defeat

Don't feel bad...we've all been hit by surprise carbs...I almost died after finding out that the innocent cooler I just had contained over 40 carbs... Let me tell you I haven't touched one since!
