Hey Everyone!!! Totally awsome site. I started Atkins because a friend of mine suggested it after having done the diet himself which worked like a charm.August 21st was my first day and went well hopefully it will keep going well . I currently weigh around 345 pounds, now the reason I say this is because my scale stops at 300lbs therefore I must go out today and buy one that does go past 300 lmao, anywho I just rounded off the numbers and I think 345 is accurate. I don't have pictures yet they will be coming soon and I hope I can make new friends and have plenty of support on my new journey.

just wanted to stop by and welcome you Pete. I also had to go out and buy a scale that would go high enough for my initial weigh in. I bought a Tanita that went to 440 lbs. it cost around 40 dollars and has been very accurate.
