| Hey whatevrpal. Funny how when we're not carb conscious we just fall for the commercial and go by whatever. Now, you recognize it! I hope you're not seeing carbs in your fridge! If so, give them away immediately. You might want to go check out the exercise forum. There are a ton of runners over there that can help guide you in metabolism type things! Enjoy your stay!
