I understand what you are saying about being an outsider, I went thru times when I didn't want to go out but Thank God I did. You will be a healthy vibrant Mom in no time. tiffany be sure to read the book and follow it. Drink your water and exercise some too. | Welcome Ineed2Change! I had type-2 diabetes when I began Atkins. It vanished in 48 days after doing Atkins.This woe (way of eating) contines to keep in check.
