| to be honest not really, most charts you find dont really think about us tall girls and if they do the amount is laughable. I'm big boned too, you dont really look like you are! i honestly dont believe i can ever get lower than a 16 (uk) which is where i am now but ive still got some stomach to go, i set my goal weight at 195 and i'm 6ft 1 ish. how about you set your goal as a size rather than a weight if your not sure?

| Welcome Kim. Oh to be tall. I've envied tall girls all my life. But, oh well I can wear heels. You've found the best place for support/encouragement here. Glad you're having good results and enjoying this Way of Life. It really doesn't compare to any 'diets' I've ever tried.
