| Nice to meet you to Sommer. Do you know about L-Glutamine and how it will help you with your cravings of sweets? That would be the ticket for you. You can take up to 3000 mg a day. I take it in the evening because that was my munch time. Your doing great on your fifth day. Stay strong and don't give in.

| Hi there Sommer! Nice to meet you. Congrats on making it through the first five days. Hang in there and stay strong... it's soooo worth it and it really does get easier as you go along. Every time you feel yourself craving, have a high fat snack (always have something with you, even if only a few olives or a piece of cheese). Also, concentrate on how fleeting would be the comfort/taste sensation if you cave, but how long lasting the satisfaction of not doing so and making further progress towards your goal. Post lots and keep us up to date as to how you're doing. We're here for you!
