| Hi Paula. Congratulations on you and your daughter for committing to do the program together. Have you read the book? Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, edition 2002. It will help both of you to understand the program and make plans to be successful. How wonderful that you'll have someone to discuss your success and exercise with. | Hello there Paula and welcome to you and your daughter! Congrats on your loss so far... despite what the new scales says... you still lost! Also, do take your measurements... they're a far more reliable guage than the scales, for weight loss. Happy Atkineering!
