| Hiya Mrs Bee! Welcome to the board. The book we go by here is the Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution - 2002 edition. This was the last one written entirely by Dr A, before his death, so hasn't had any other "pens" meddling with it. I haven't read the older book, but apparently there are significant changes. Congrats on your decision to get healthier, happier and slimmer. This is definitely the programme for you, as I'm willing to bet that soon you'll be all three if you stick to the plan. Don't forget: low carb by the book, exercise, water, supplements.... and you can't fail!

| Thank you Sally! I feel so uplifted already. I have a hard time sticking to any diet including Atkins but some how I feel that this time is the jackpot for me. Keep you fingers crossed for me! |
