| Hi, 'Nae... I've been "tricking" the scale for about a month or two myself... one or two days on, one or two off... I've been amazed the scale hasn't show more damage just up and down the same few pounds. Reading your post, I see that's not uncommon... and I know I'll (very) soon reach a point where the scale ISN'T so forgiving... Sorry -- this is supposed to be about YOU, not me. Just want you to know that I understand where you are coming from because I'm struggling some myself right now. Good for you for starting immediately! I wish you much success. |

| Adena, Thanks for the words of encouragement that is ok that you were talking about your situation with the scale it lets me know that I am not alone. When i first saw your picture on this site my mouth dropped you look absolutly great. We dont know how much a difference we look until we see pictures and what great pictures you have. Keep up the great work. |

| Today I am sitting here at work eating my lunch and unfortuanately my desk is accross from the snack cube. And 2 of my co-workers had a birthday this weekend so they went out and got treats. Chocolate on chocolate cake, brownies, cookies and Milk i can smell the chocolate. But i know i am strong and i will not let 2 minutes of sweet pleasure ruin my life stlye change. I will get back into those 14 jeans and then into those 12's and 10's and so on and so on. |
