| Welcome Roger!! One day at a time is all we have...make the best of it. You've done this before so I know you can do it again. ADBB is an awesome place to come for support, knowledge & encouragement. Any questions just post & you'll get lots of help. Read your DANDR book & keep it handy for reference. Drink lots of water & get some exercise. You're going to do great! Lots of challenges going on so check them out. Looking forward to hearing about your progress in your new way of eating/living. | I just wanted to thank everyone for making me feel welcome. Just reading post in the many forums has me feeling inspired and ready to make it happen. This time my goal is not Atkins the diet, but Atkins the life plan. Like some many people I have literally lost hundreds if not thousands of pounds over the years. I'm tired and I'm tired of it. Hopefully this will be the time and place I do it for myself and forever. PS- 1 day down and it went well. |
